We maintain a straightforward policy for returns and exchanges at Darulibas:

Defective items purchased online can be returned, provided they are in the same condition, i.e., new, unused, and unstitched.

Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.

To initiate a return, customers must provide their order ID and describe the nature of the defect.

We aim to resolve the matter promptly by replacing missing or defective items, facilitating an exchange, or issuing a full refund where applicable.
