Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

All customers are hereby notified that, as per the Cash on Delivery (COD) terms and conditions in Pakistan, the courier company does not allow customers to open the package before payment.

As a customer, you have the right to return the package only after making the payment and acknowledging the delivery to the courier company.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please follow these steps:

  • Notify Darulibas after receiving and paying for your order.
  • Contact us via:
  • Return the package to us at your own shipping expense (unless the item is defective or we advise otherwise).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return or exchange according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Please do not ask or force the courier representative to open the package before payment, as this is against the COD policies followed by courier companies in Pakistan.
